It finally happened.

One brave (or stumped) Jeopardy contestant got Alex Trebek to say "Turd Ferguson" during Sept. 16's final round.

This is one for the ages folks.

Of course, she got the idea from none other than Burt Reynolds and his mastery of comedic timing and poise.

"It's a funny name."

After suffering a life-threatening car crash in June of 2014, Tracy Morgan will return to television by hosting Saturday Night LIve Oct. 17.

Last year, a truck driver, who had been awake for 28 hours crashed into Morgan's limo, killing James McNair and leaving Morgan with a very serious brain injury.

His recovery has been a long process and it has remained unknown when he would return to comedy, as he repeatedly said he wish to do. That is until Saturday Night Live tweeted out the first few hosts for the next season of the show Aug. 17:

The comedy community around Tracy Morgan has continued to be very supportive through his recovery. Longtime co-worker Tina Fey even said she would hold a role for him on her new Netflix show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

Saturday Night Live has done sketches exactly like this before, which is maybe why this particular one was cut for time, and just was uploaded recently.

However, there's just always something slightly magical about seeing Dwayne Johnson have a debased sense of humor about himself. Like when he honored his fanny pack past.

It's definitely a reason to watch The Dance of the Daisies.

This skit, which is pretty much better than every other skit that happened during Louis C.K.'s hosting, was cut for time.

Great. I'm glad they left this out and kept in the terrible sketch of a shoemaker's helper elves trying to goad him into sexual domination. Come on, SNL. Keep it together.
"Let me get that closure off you?"

Louis C.K. hosted Saturday Night Live May 16 and apparently all his material was stolen from a fellow comedian named Bruce.

Prepare your peepers. According to a March 16 NBC press release, the studio recorded last month's 40th anniversary special for virtual reality platforms as well as these old-fashioned televisions people still use sometimes.

"The 'Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special' Virtual Reality segments will be available on the VRSE app for iOS and Android for Google Cardboard and in the Oculus VR Store for Samsung Gear™ VR.

'Saturday Night Live' and NBC Entertainment partnered with filmmaker Chris Milk and his virtual reality production company VRSE.works to capture the 40th anniversary special in the new and emerging virtual reality format. This will allow the content and the night to live for years onward in a format that will bring people as close to being in the studio as they ever could have imagined.

VRSE.works captured nearly the entire anniversary special from inside the studio using their custom built VR camera mounted on top of Camera One, the main studio pedestal camera covering the majority of the special for broadcast television."

NBC said it would release the special in different segments. The first, showing Jerry Seinfeld's Q&A session, is already available for iOS and Android for Google Cardboard and in the Oculus VR Store for Samsung Gear™ VR.
