Caitlyn Jenner could face up to one year in county jail if convicted of vehicular manslaughter, the charge recommended by the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. to the D.A., TMZ reports.
A 161-page report says Jenner "set off a chain of events" that led to a motorist's death during a crash in February.
Law enforcement officials told TMZ Jenner was traveling under the speed limit, but too fast for road conditions.
It's a sad day for a certain generation's childhood as the actor behind the lovable doofus Screech, Dustin Diamond, was sentenced to 120 days in jail June 25 for what he describes as an "accidental stabbing" in a Wisconsin bar.
The former Saved By the Bell actor has had a bad reputation for a while and even though he said he didn't want to be a jerk anymore this stabbing seems to disprove that.
During Thursday morning's hearing, Diamond also got 15 months probation, and cannot return to the scene of the crime or contact the victim. However, he was ordered to pay the victim $1,105 in restitution.
The "Saved by the Bell" star will serve his 120 days in two 60 day stints.
Diamond was arrested in December 2014 for stabbing a man during an bar altercation on Christmas night. He was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct ... both misdemeanors.
During sentencing, the judge admonished Dustin for even carrying a knife -- since Wisconsin's such a safe place.
