That's who arrested actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi in Canada today. We don't know what they did, but it couldn't be any worse than their previous sexcapades.

Evi did what any sane person would do after the incident—blame Canada.

The couple posted this bizarre video right before the arrest where they talk about Hillary Clinton's email scandal, toast to their wedding anniversary and complain about Canada some more.

Things got a bit crazy at Katy Perry's 'Rock in Rio' concert.

The star invited up to the stage a very excited woman named Rayane who proceeded to kiss Katy's neck, nuzzle her b00bs and slap her on the butt.

Rayane, or "Rairairairai" as Katy called her, did give some very valuable Portuguese lessons though.

Pizza is apparently the same in English as Portuguese. Pizza brings everyone together.

Look Lindsay Lohan, we all know that Sept. 11 is a tough time for many people and that coherent thoughts about the tragedy still evade people even 14 years after the event. But keep it together.

Poor, poor Lindsay decided it would be a great idea to post a picture of herself and a message about Sept. 11(?) last night. But what she actually did was provide a very long, very confusing, very insane-sounding caption about god knows what that ends with "#UnitedNations".

Either this is performance art, or someone hilarious hopped on her account, or we should all continue to be very worried about her.

Not sure how something conceivably about Sept. 11 turned so quickly into something about Michael Jackson. Not sure why she asks god to help her forgive, but only Allah to let her be forgiven. Not sure if she's mad at Oprah or using her as an example of something good.

Just really not sure.
