Harry Shearer announced he would leave The Simpsons May 14 and you may not know how much that means for the future of the 26-year-old show.
Producers have already said they will recast those roles, but that just means a BUNCH of characters will start to sound real weird.

Cote de Pablo, the NCIS actress playing Ziva David, has chosen not to re-up her contract in the fall. She will briefly return, to the CBS drama's 11th Season, to wrap up her character's arc. When asked about her decision de Pablo said, "I've had 8 great years with NCIS and Ziva David. I have huge respect and affection for Mark, Gary, Michael, David, Rocky, Pauley, Brian, Sean, all of the team and CBS. I look forward to finishing Ziva's story."
